Oh boy, now theres an extra step before I can get to the account screen. Thanks, I love waiting for multiple screens to load so I can get to whats really important.

With this most recent update, the app no longer works as it locks up when trying to log in. Working on iPad Pro with iOS10. It might be time to change banks - all these issues with CU1 are getting very old! They have been no help resolving the issue.

Constantly crashing and freezing up my IPad since new release. Knowing CU1, it will be weeks before they acknowledge an issue and begin a fix.

This app has been a nightmare from the start of its existence. I actually deleted it many moons ago. And desperately needed a Financial report while Im traveling. And it barley worked. It never really loads it just sets there and trys to boot up. Id be better off driving back to Anchorage from California and standing in a line that ended at the Dimond center. Thanks CU1 for this futuristic realization that Idiocracy is already here.

While its nice to be able to connect to the Credit union and see my account balances, there are things that this app does not do well. I use billpay on a monthly basis and find that it is nearly impossible to do using this app. When pasteing numbers into the amount field on billpay it will often lose the entry when you move to the next field. It is extremely slow most of the time. It will not allow you to add comments to the memo field. If just these major items could be fixed the app would definitely rate higher with me.

It kept saying "Connection Error" even though my Wi-Fi is already on

App used to be very stable. It crashes often now or kicks off login. Had to login 3 times to make one transfer. Will be interesting to see what that ends up looking like on bank statement. Used to love app. Now....not so much.

I loved this app until they changed it. Its so full of bugs that I cant even use it! Real comfort knowing my money is in their hands!!

After the update, the logo elongates a little on the splash screen, and it no longer recovers from an app switch or re-open without killing it (like the first version - but with blank buttons instead of a an app death)

I have searched this app for about 30 min, and I cannot find this mobile check deposit in the new update. Lies

I use the app and the only real issue I have with it is when you try to go back just 1 step it takes you back to the main screen and forces a login again. I guess Id rather it be easy logout but it can be extremely frustrating when trying to switch between accounts.

Use to work great now it dont what the hell!!! I work construction and well the only way to do my banking is threw my phone when Im in remote locations. Im about to switch banks altogether just cause they dont seem to have problems with there App.

After updated os 7.0.2 would get me passed the login then kick me out. Now downloaded 7.0.3 and all is well so far fingers crossed

This app used to have a loading indicator during login process. Would be nice to have that back. It also used to have the number keypad instead of the qwerty keyboard at the member number login, number keypad should be added back. Would also be nice to switch apps and go back to the CU1 app without having to log back in.

Slow. Always saying error. Terrible app. Id give it NO stars if I could!

My app icon has disappeared from my phone, according to the app store it is still installed. I cant update it because of the missing icon it wont let me, shows the update but not the option to load it. Disappointing because i use this app all the time.

Worst financial app I have ever seen and I have seen some bad ones. I love the bank and the customer service, but this app is horrid. Its almost like they were trying to make it bad...thats how bad it is.

Please undo the most recent updates. It used to be the only way I could deposit checks without driving an hour special trip. Now, the app does not even load. It just hangs on "please wait" with the load bar 2/3 of the way complete. I have 5th gen iOS 7, so that is not the issue. Please undo the last update or fix this bug! I need mobile deposit back!
