This is a terrible, useless app. Wont let me sign on half of the time. Deposit function doesnt work, calls to customer service are like "oh well, sorry".

This update is terrible. Like others, it wont even load. If they would fix this rather than do nothing, Im sure it would get a better rating. Online banking is nice but how can you do that if it wont even load? I have to use safari and go from the website. Fix the app please.

Wont load after updates and they dont care

Ever since I updated this ignorant app, it will load about 3/4 of the way and stop! Why is that? I cant stand it. I used to love making mobile deposits and checking my accounts nice and fast but ever since the last two updates it wont even load! So frustrating.

App wont even load when I open it. It hasnt been working for a while now. Please fix this problem ASAP! It used to be such a huge convenience when it did work!!!

Ever since this app updated it has not worked.

As stated bad interface, archaic function.

They mustve fixed the loading problem. It loaded very quickly, and I was immediately able to deposit a check from the comfort of my own kitchen. Pretty cool! Also, accessing my accounts and online banking from my phone was much easier than using the regular website on my phone. So whatever the problem was, it seems like its fixed.

This application was useful prior to the iOS 8 update. It wouldnt load on my iPhone 5 or iPhone 6. Application update needed.

Has gone back and forth whether it loads or not. Most recent update causes it to not load. The update before that did fix the loading problem. Doesnt work now though!

Since getting the iPhone 6 Plus. My CU1 app has not worked. Im not sure if it is because of ios8 or the phone. But this needs to be fixed ASAP. I should not have to use safari.

If you have a good 2-3 hours to waste while waiting for your banking app to FINALLY (if ever) load, then this app is perfect for you!!!!!!! Otherwise, forget the app and use Safari. Hello Credit Union One?? All these 1 star ratings means you should fix this problem.

When it comes to most mobile banking applications this is probably the worst. It takes forever to load things and the features it offers arent that great. Its better if you just go to the website. Hopefully they will realize that their customers desire something more from mobile banking and provide us with a stellar product. Until then I wouldnt recommend this to any one.

Until recently this app worked well enough, now it is unusable on the iPhone.

App load up fast and I had no problems navigating through it. Actually it worked better than the other bank apps I have.

Love this app. Its a little slow but it does exactly what I want it to do: show me my balance.

I notice this app started to crash and takes long to load. Use to not be that way. Can you please fix this?

Needs an update.

Works great. Seems to be snappy whenever I chose a banking option.

This new app is AMAAAAAAAZING! Its fast and so much easier to navigate. Well done, CU1!
