So easy to do my banking anywhere!

This latest app update rarely works. More often than not my security questions dont work along with my password. Hurry up and fix. Finger print id would have been sweet but oh well.

I have used the Credit Union 1 app for a long time. I never had a problem logging on. Now, it is asking me security questions that I never ever would use and saying they belong to my account....I have two accounts here, and they both are blocked. Ill have to call member support now...:( If they get this problem worked out, I will update the review.

Not only does the app give me problems, but I called CU1 because my registered username was giving me security questions that were not mine. Turns out, they must have cleared usernames because someone else now has mine. Ive used that username for almost two years!! Now Im told I have to choose another one but I cant even get the app to work right... Im NOT happy.

This new update is great overall, its a lot quicker and easier to access but I cant transfer fund to other members account since CU1 is not giving an option for that like it used to.

The new update asks for usernames and the wrong security questions. I liked it more with the member number login, 6 digit number is a lot quicker. All they had to do was speed things up and make it more user friendly, not completely redo the app.

Great app!! If you have already updated your existing account online. Works smoothly and quickly. Much better than the previous version. Im very pleased.

A thousand times better than the old version... You have to go and get a new log in but I think its more secure this way... Credit union 1 is the best bank I have been with by far, their constant willingness to please their customers establishes a loyalty that Alaskans can rely on! Love love love it.

Its such a shame that their check deposit does not work in this day and time. I really wonder why they advertise that feature when it doesnt work. It makes you waste so much time trying. Shame shame shame CU1

Im very disappointed as I live about 35 miles from the closest branch and the remote deposit doesnt work. When I attempt to make a remote deposit the camera doesnt take a picture and the screen is dark I matter how much light I have on the check. Please fix ASAP or I will be forced to switch banks.

I would definitely like to see whats pending coming in not just going out. I really enjoy the desktop setup but not so much the app. Touch ID would be nice as well!!!

There is a Remote Deposit icon but either it doesnt work! Seems like it is not accessing the iPhones camera. I have a iPhone 6 Plus current OS. I checked the application to see if there is a setting option to turn the camera access on/off. No. The only setting available is whether you want to use that app while on cellular. It has been a while since I made a mobile deposit but Im pretty sure that you used to be able to do it. Luckily I also have an account with Alaska USA so I made my mobile deposit on their mobile app. Hope CU1 fixes this soon. I will try uninstalling/reinstalling the mobile application just in case there was an update that just did not take.
